VPN over DNS is a service provided by vpnoverdns.com to 
tunnel web and email traffic over crafted DNS queries and
responses.  The application is an Android app but once
installed on Android, can be installed on a PC also with Adobe
AIR.

It's primary use is to avoid paying for wifi hotspots or
otherwise evade web proxies and other gateway filters.

Any query for *.tun.vpnoverdns.com should be considered as
use of this application by a client on the protected network.
